Annual Ballot 2006
 
The Annual Meeting of the Sausalito Shores Homeowner’s Association will be held at the Clubhouse on Friday, January 20, 2006 at 7:30 P.M.
 
PURPOSE:  Elect new board members, adopt the 2006 Budget, determine the dues for 2006, and discuss other subjects of interest and concern.
 
Board members who were elected last year and will serve in 2006 for their second year:
 
 Karen Kassik      Steve Steward    Wendy Alabeck    Deborah Kinch     Estelle Simandl   
 
Rick Tinkley  has stepped up and volunteered to assume the role of Clubhouse Manager as of January 2006 and has also been nominated for a position on the Board.
 
PLEASE VOLUNTEER
There are other positions available and we are always looking for volunteers for the SSHA Board and committee heads.

You are urged to attend this important meeting.  if you cannot attend, please send in your vote by absentee ballot as follows:
· Place your ballot in a plain white envelope; seal the envelope and mark “BALLOT” on the outside.
· Place the sealed envelope inside another envelope; seal again and write your name and address on the outside.
Either mail your ballot to SSHA, P.O.Box 181685, Casselberry, Fl.  32718 or put it in the drop box located next to the front door to the clubhouse be 6:00 P.M. Friday, January 20, 2006.
 
If your ballot does not comply with the above instructions, it will be disqualified per By-Law Article VIII, Section 3,4, &5.  Homeowners owning more than one residence must file separate ballots for each residence.
