The combinations to the Main gate, RV lot, and Boat ramp have been changed as of 09/02/2005. Contact Deborah Kinch if you have not been contacted with the new codes. Deborah attempted to call all residents that have paid there dues with the new code on 08/30/2005 and 08/31/2005.
Reminder: After opening the locks, immediately spin the number dials to hide the combination. The combinations to the Main gate, RV lot, and Boat ramp have been changed as of 09/02/2005. It is well known that several people check the locks when the gates are open to steal the combinations. This causes us to have to change the combinations frequently. Please close and lock the gates behind you, so that unauthorized persons do not gain access. If you are going to stay inside the gates for a period of time, on the lake or in the RV area, lock the gate and ramp locks behind you. Failure to comply with these rules will result in revoked access to the areas. Once revoked, you will be required to request reinstatement in person at a board meeting. The board reserves the right on a case by case basis to deny access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The locks are changed 3 times a year to prevent non-paying persons having access to the areas. |
