Approved Color PaletteA new color palette has been selected and approved by the board of directors. The new palette is similar to the original colors to keep our neighborhood a consistant theme. Before painting your house, please review the approved color choices. Any colors not on the approved list can be presented to the board for approval. All homes are to be painted an approved color. Approved Color Palette Visit the Sherwin Williams website to view the colors. Once on the site, you can find the color by searching for the color's four digit code or its name.
