| Downtown Concert Series Join 98.9 WMMO as we continue our Downtown Concert Series this September, featuring Grand Funk Railroad!! When: Saturday, Sept. 17th Where: Downtown, City Hall Plaza Tickets: FREE Time: 4pm The party starts at 4pm with opening bands (TBD) and food and drink vendors outside, like the Wine Garden, sponsored by 55 West. From 4pm to 6pm, they'll have free wine tasting... so come out early! The concert pre-party kicks off at Antigua at 5:30 and don't miss Grand Funk Railroad perform live at 8:30pm!
