Red Bug Wall Update December 2017

Good progress has been made on the Red Bug Wall project. The Easement agreement has been finalized and  approved by the city.  The agreements grant the community the required access to replace the wall and maintain the wall. As of 12-3-17, all easements have been signed and turned into the city for filing. We still need about 3 mortgage consent and joinder forms returned from Wells Fargo. The city is going to move ahead and hire a consultant to start the process and get the surveys and appraisal study done, determine which trees need to be removed and finalize the wall design. The wall should be sent out for bid early next year. We will continue to work with the City to try and get the construction started in 2018.

Gate Lock change 2018

The locks/Keys to the Main gate, RV lot, and Boat ramp will be changed January 31, 2018. 

Contact Ron Shady at 407-461-8184 or come to any board meeting if you have not received your new keys.

All other gates have had a combination lock put on them to stop the vandalism and underage partying at the park. Members who have paid their dues may contact Dave Manor at 407-310-5305 to get the combination. 

2018 Annual SSHA Dues

2018 Annual Homeowners Association Dues, RV/Boat Storage and Boat Ramp fees are due January 1,2018.

The due date for Homeowners dues is January 1st of each year. A $50 late fee will be assessed for RV/Boat parking fees not paid by April 1.

Dues for renewing members, can be paid by mail at the address listed below, or in person at any board meeting. Renewing members will receive their new stickers two weekends from the time they sent in their fees. Key exchanges will take place at all board meetings. New boating or RV members must come to a board meeting to fill out their paperwork and receive their stickers and/or lot assignment etc. A signed application indicating that the rules of usage must be on file for each of the following:

  • Each space used in the RV/Boat parking area
  • Each and every trailer used on the boat ramp
