Update on Red Bug Wall

Good progress has been made on the Red Bug Lake Wall project. The Easement agreement is at the lawyers office being finalized and then we will have the 29 residents sign them. The agreements grant the community the required access to replace the wall and maintain the wall. We did not make the December deadline for the city commissioners meeting. The City Manager has turned down the project for 2015 which means the project will be delayed for a minimum of one year. We will continue to work with the City to try and get the project added in 2016.

Gate Lock change

The locks/Keys to the Main gate, RV lot, and Boat ramp will be changed no later April 1st each year. The new locks are currently in place. If you have not paid your dues and swapped your key, please do so as soon as possible and not wait to the last minute.

Contact Ron Shady at 407-461-8184 or come to any board meeting if you have not received your new keys.

All other gates have had a combination lock put on them to stop the vandalism and underage partying at the park. Members who have paid their dues may contact Tim Veigle at 407-399-0879 to get the combination.

2015 Annual Homeowners Association Dues: General, Storage, Boating

The due date for Homeowners dues is January 1st of each year. A $50 late fee will be assessed for RV/Boat parking fees not paid by April 1.

Dues for renewing members, can be paid by mail at the address listed below or in person at any board meeting. Renewing members will receive their new stickers two weekends from the time they sent in their fees. New boating or RV members must come to a board meeting to fill out their paperwork and receive their stickers and/or lot assignment etc. A signed application indicating that the rules of usage must be on file for each of the following:

  • Each space used in the RV/Boat parking area
  • Each and every trailer used on the boat ramp
