The locks/Keys to the Main gate, RV lot, and Boat ramp will be changed no later than the next board meeting. The old and new locks are currently in place and some residents have not been able to relock the locks in the same configuration so that either lock can be used to open the area. IN fact, it happened twice today. This prevents some residents from being able to access the areas. As a result, we will be removing the old locks prior to April 1. If you have not paid your dues and swapped your key, please do so as soon as possible and not wait to the last minute. Contact Ken Terrell at 407-767-5968 or come to any board meeting if you have not received your new keys. |

2013 Annual Homeowners Association Dues: General, Storage, Boating The due date for Homeowners dues is January 1st of each year. A $50 late fee will be assessed for RV/Boat parking fees not paid by April 1. Dues for renewing members, can be paid by mail at the address listed below or in person at any board meeting. Renewing members will receive their new stickers two weekends from the time they sent in their fees. New boating or RV members must come to a board meeting to fill out their paperwork and receive their stickers and/or lot assignment etc. A signed application indicating that the rules of usage must be on file for each of the following: Sausalito Shores Homeowners Association P.O. As mentioned in the March newsletter, the wall on Red Bug Lake Road is in poor condition and in need of repair. This will be a topic of discussion at the next HOA meeting, which is scheduled for this Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse. All residents, and particularly those whose backyards are adjacent to the wall, should make every effort to attend this meeting. |
